although its a little late for that, but whatever!

Spire:

As we entered the Tolia System I looked out of my window and gazed down at the night side of the first homeworld, Dorak, of the Zodis race.
I watched the beautiful patterns of the city lights and saw their ships launching and flying off, out of sight, to the day side of their world.

Our ship then rose out of the moon's darkness and into the star's light. I watched in awe at the breath taking scene before me!

I immediately saw their second homeworld, Cala, in the distance and down below, the day side of Dorak, with their ships flying off to the distant world.

The gas giant, Galum, and its majestic rings, were what caught my eye! Its rings rose like a spire above Dorak, with their star's light shinning through and casting its life giving glow upon the system.

A tear ran down my cheek, as I watched longer at the scene, and then another.
I didn't want to leave, but as I heard our ship's thrusters roar, I new it was time to, and go to our destination.

As much as I wanted to stay,... we were just passing through. I knew that, yes! But, just before we entered hyper-space, I took one last glance, knowing that one day, I will return to this incredible place!

well, i hope you guys liked that little piece of literaure!

i really enjoyed making this piece and i really, really like it!

its very calm and serene!

also, its the first time i'm trying new city lights!
